I had an emergency that needed to be treated quickly. The staff and the doctors have been amazing, and they resolved my problem in the best way possible. I most certainly recommend that clinic if you are in Panamá. The quality of the services and the amiability of the staff makes all the difference.

Doctor Alonso is absolutely amazing. Not only is he an expert in his field, he's a really nice and caring person. All the years of dental anxiety disappeared as soon as I met him. He caters to the needs of his patients on an individual basis. Unlike American dentists, Doctor Alonso does not try to sell the patient on unnecessary treatments and procedures just to add to the price. He provides an honest and realistic quote based on the needs of the patient, he actually listens to any concerns and there are no surprise fees involved. The entire experience was VIP. Even with travel costs, I saved THOUSANDS of dollars. I will return to Doctor Alonso for all my future dental care. If you're on the fence about dental tourism, or have had bad experiences with overpriced, arrogant dentists, all I can say is Doctor Alonso will change the way you feel about dental care.

Had an implant procedure done July 23. The practise is immaculately clean. The staff are extremely helpful and in constant contact with you throughout the process. The dental work is outstanding, I cannot recommend the dentist and her staff enough. The detail in the works is unbelievable. Great value for money, a must if you require any dental works doing.

I cannot praise my experience with B.Dent enough. From getting picked up at the airport by Toni! Toni also picked me up and dropped me back to my hotel for all appointments with the dentists. Even took me on a little tour of the town centre! The dental nurses and doctors were beyond professional, and caring and made me feel at ease all the way! I am amazed by the service and care that the team at B. Dent showed me. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so at ease at a dental clinic. I had a dental crown implant done. From the first contact, I had a good feeling this feeling become only bigger from the moment I arrived at the clinic. There was Virginia to welcome me in English. Exceptionally good service and personal care provided by Dr Arzu and her team. Dr Arzu is meticulous in all aspects of her work ensuring that her patient is comfortable at all times. The standard of hygiene in the clinic is very high, there are even shoe coverings at the front door to put over your shoes before entering, so probably best not to wear flipflops, as I did. Over two appointments I had one root canal, two zirconium crowns prepped and fitted and one white filling done with no pain just the usual numbness for a couple of hours afterwards from the anaesthetic. Dr Arzu is an ethical dentist who will discuss your needs and agree a plan before starting - sometimes with the aid of a translate app to ensure everything is clearly understood. A notable and welcomed point is that Dr Arzu only does white fillings, she does not use amalgam unlike the UK where it is the norm. I highly recommend Arzu Smile Clinic as a forward thinking, state of the art dental clinic situated in Turgutreis. Having had a few bad experiences with UK dentists I am very grateful to have found Arzu Smile Clinic and look forward to returning in the future for all my dental needs. Thank you.

I had an emergency with my tooth and I was in pain. I got an appointment already on the next day which was absolutely amazing. The doctor did a great job, everything was just perfect. I can highly recommend this clinic.
