Very pleased with cataract surgery in Izmir. Everything went as the plan suggested. Met at airport, from there on in contact with me until final assessment. Picked up dropped off and escorted through all clinic visits. Clinic so clean, very thorough, and everything explained to me. So supportive. Very pleased with outcome. The hotel was fabulous. I had revisional Bypass surgery with an added minimizer ring. Great communication with the coordinator up until I landed. And friendly nurses although some are lacking in English which can cause problems. The Doctors are all lovely too. Even got my surgeon's number after I left so he could answer any questions I had. Was also a lovely lady who deals with social media and took me out on my last day to a local salon where I had a facial pedicure acrylics and a wash and blow dry. The company also does aesthetics so when the time comes I will be going back.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.

Great price and procedure. I travelled to Sofia where I was collected by a driver for a free transfer to the hospital which took around 1hr 20 mins. I was met by the co-ordinator who arranged for payment to be taken. I was taken to my private room which was clean with a private bathroom. After bloods and heart check the doctors came to see me and took some history and explained the procedure. I was then taken to the theatre. It only took a short while until I was awake and beck in my room. I had an early flight so was back at the airport within 24 hours with another free transfer. Overall great value and service.
