Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

After visiting other clinics and not being sure I walked into Oakdin Clinic. I was immediately put at ease and treated so respectfully with everything explained in detail no sales pressure like other places. The nursing staff chaperone was fantastic her wealth of knowledge made me feel so safe and her friendly warm nature made me feel so reassured. She stayed with me throughout my whole journey. I had my procedure a labiaplasty operated on by my Consultant Mr Mohammed Masood who has changed my life. I was unable to get my procedure done on the NHS and I was for years wanting to have it done for medical reasons as well as cosmetic. I felt a freak it looked abnormal not like how I felt it should look and it was so uncomfortable years of pain discomfort. I was nervous going in for my procedure but I can honestly say I felt no pain bar the initial injection to numb me. 45 minutes later I was leaving on my way home totally amazed and thrilled. I had made the right decision and was just focused on recovering. Six weeks later, I cannot believe the change in my confidence. I feel it’s the best decision I’ve ever made and I can’t thank Oakden staff and Mr Masood enough. The personal caring manner in which I was treated was superb and I would highly recommend this Clinic to everyone. I’m only 20 and to go through this has changed my life. I’ve got before and after photos that are amazing, I feel so fantastic, thank you so much. Plus the price was so good compared to some others. I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.
