Hi I'm Karl and I run My Chi. I have been in practice for the past four years as an acupuncturist and for eight years before that as an acupressurist. I trained with the CACMS in Beijing and also studied both Chinese and Western herbal medicine. Catherine is a Consultant Dietitian specialising in the treatment of obesity and cardio-vascular disease and has a special interest in gastrointestinal disorders, particularly in Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Catherine has specialised in sports nutrition and is on the panel of Sports Dietitians for the Irish Institute of Sport for elite athletes. Catherine works closely with local doctors and consultants and also provides nutrition services to schools, industry, sports teams and community groups. All clients are seen on an individual basis and prescribed a dietary plan to meet their individual requirements.
