Dear GVG INVIVO, I have undergone Septo-Rhinoplasty a week ago. I had breathing difficulty, Deviated Nasal Septrum with Turbinate hypertrophy saddle nose. After meeting ‘The hands of God’ Dr Gunasekar Vuppalapati (MBBS, MS, MCh – Plastic Surgeon) I am really over the moon (extremely happy) and now I feel, I am re-born. I am really thankful to Dr Gunasekar Vuppalapati for this successful surgery. Your skills are highly excellent and appreciable. Nevertheless, the way you treat your patient is awesome, your friendly behaviour and services are remarkable. It’s one of my ‘THE BEST’ choice to choose GVG INVIVO & YOU as my Doctor. Also, not to be silence about GVG INVIVO FAMILY (Other Doctors, Nurses & Staffs), ‘THE BEST’. I really need to appreciate Mr LINU TR (Senior Aesthetics Practitioner) for his dedicated and compassionate consultations and follows ups. You have been very friendly and played a major role in this journey. You always go above and beyond towards your work. Thank you so much for your care and service, LINU TR. I would definitely recommend GVG INVIVO for their incredible service. Maybe my Journey with GVG INVIVO would definitely explain to know what really made me to be ‘Over The Moon’ and grateful to say, I am re-born. Also, why I choose GVG INVIVO and How I considered it to be ‘THE BEST’.

(Date of the operation: 19/09/2019) Overall very happy with the experience. I am happy with results so far (1 month after the operation). I totally recommend Dr Resul. I have a few observations regarding the nurses but other than that everything was perfect. I would rate my experience as a 4/5. Below are my reviews regarding the whole process: Things I liked: 1) Fikret was very nice and helpful. 2) Dr Yaman was very good and professional (which is the most important aspect). 3) Dr Yaman brother (responsible for the hair extraction) was also very good and professional. Things I did not like: 1) nurses: some of them were helpful and professional, others were not, see below: a) some of them put their welfare ahead of the patient's, in this case, me, e.g., I was feeling very cold and I asked to control the room temperature twice but they ignored my needs and they had me freezing for many hours until I asked for a blanket. b) One of the nurses was causing me a lot of pain during the anaesthetic, and she was very annoyed when I showed signs of uncomfortableness. At some point, I had to stop her from touching my hair and asked for Fikret to come along. c) Two of the nurses were having a cold, and they were coughing during the operation. d) Most of the nurse staff cannot speak English which makes it hard to communicate. 2) Short power cuts in the building occurred multiple times.
