From day one, Sat was reassuring and supportive. Once he’d explained exactly why my hair was thinning (first time anyone had), I understood how the various treatments could work. I’ve had 30 minutes under a laser each week and also used the Re-stim drops, shampoo, and conditioner and also taken vitamin tablets. After 12 months, my hair is now not only much thicker but in better condition than it was before I started. The option to pay in instalments is there and I would definitely recommend for others try if they’re concerned about their hair loss.

I was treated at the clinic in Glasgow. This was a top up procedure from my initial one in October 2021. The service from George (CEO), Alex (Clinic Manager), Susan (Customer Relations Executive), Eleanna (Surgeon) and Rachel (Surgeon Assistant) was truly first class. George, Alex and Susan respond and communicate well and made sure all was good for my procedure and then Rachel and Eleanna took care of me for the procedure. They put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable. I would 100% recommend Seneca for anyone’s hair procedure, as the pre service, the procedure and the post service is great. I contacted HERO Institute approximately a year ago and was very impressed by their professionalism and courtesy from day one. Granted I was a bit sceptical (as most men are) about the legitimacy of their credentials and experience level. Let me just say, all doubts have been laid to rest!
