Erica is really caring and professional. Last Monday was my first time ever having a Colonic Hydrotherapy treatment done and understandably, I was initially nervous. However, Erica made me feel so relaxed and I was satisfied with my session. I have two more sessions with her and am looking forward to them. I would recommend Erica anytime to anyone looking to have this procedure done. Lovely lady.

I was anxious about the colonic irrigation and whether it would really help. At my first appointment I was very much put at ease and decide to go for a course of treatments. I have been impressed by the monitoring and following up I received during my course, which allowed me to understand exactly what I was doing wrong and how to improve my IBS. I feel much better now and this is thanks for the attentive staff lead by Val the director. Definitely recommend.

Removal of intradermal naevus. This was causing me some discomfort, especially at night. Daleswood Health was recommended by a friend and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Went for an assessment with Dr Oliver Denton and to his credit he said it was a simple process and to avoid any additional costs to myself he removed it there and then under local anaesthetic. What a fantastic service and incredibly reasonable. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend this practice.

I've been for Accupunture with Dr Wu in Wilton few times I'd been to other clinics in Kerry but no results ! My brother told me go to Chinese Dr if possible they have the knowledge and I feel relaxed safe in ther hands ⭐ and this is very true ! such an lovely lady & great advice ! Thanks again

After the sudden onset of neuropathic symptoms and acute (medical) anxiety, all normal routes had proven to be a dead end (notably dismissive GP) - Lyndsey was found via a link on the British Acupuncture site and from my first email I felt reassured. With each visit I have felt improvement in both physical and mental health, without this, I dread to think where I would be now. I would recommend Lyndsey to anyone, it has quite literally changed my life for the better and although I am not suddenly cured, I am in a place where I can get on with life, knowing I can always pop back for a visit if I have a dip.

I've been having acupuncture treatment with Janice for the last 2 months and it has been a great help. I was having digestive issues, had no appetite, couldn't eat much and was losing weight, when I emailed Janice I got a reply very quickly and from the moment I met Janice, I felt very comfortable with her. Amazing sports massage, head massage, reflexology I have received from Mohan. I visited so many times, and lots of my friends visited too. Very experience person, he can tell everything before even asking about how you going through in life. He surprises me sometimes, why he doesn't tell more about his extraordinary technic of therapy. Note- His honestly can be bitter. Take it positive that will help yourself. I recommend him as the best person to get a massage in Donegal, maybe the whole of Ireland. Great Price as well.

The clinic is situated overlooking spectacular views of the sea bringing peace and calm just walking through the beautiful, lush garden to arrive already relaxed. Highly recommended.
