I approach health from the three important aspects of mind, body and spirit.   I use the Asyra, a bio-energetic health screening technology to reduce the time-consuming element of trial and error, which so often can be a part of health treatment. You can expect a full naturopathic, nutritional, homeopathic and energetic assessment of your condition and I will work with you every step of the way.

I hold a B.A. (Hons) degree in Psychology and a MSc in Health Psychology with additional qualifications in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Diet and Nutrition (ITEC).  I am qualified in Reflexology in Pregnancy and Childbirth (MRTP I), Fertility Reflexology (Sarah Holland, Fertility Reflexology Network), Reflexology in Cancer Care, Craniosacral therapy I and II, Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki foot massage TM, and Dietary Counselling (IHS).  I offer treatments in Reflexology including Cranio Sacral Reflexology (CSR), Aroma-Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology (Fertility/Pregnancy/Post-natal), Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki foot massage, Dietary Counselling, Reiki/Intuitive Healing. My main areas of interest include supporting women across their natural cycles through fertility, pregnancy and menopause. I also work therapeutically with women who have experienced trauma and loss through miscarriage or multiple miscarriages and as a result may be carrying grief and loss held at a somatic (bodily) level; and with individual clients who are interested in undertaking deeper therapeutic work through engaging the body as a gateway to the unconscious, as an access point for shadow work and as a source for emotional healing. I see each client as central to their own healing process and s/he is encouraged to be an active participant in their own health and healing. Caroline is a complementary therapist of 14 years.   Contrary to belief, reflexology is not a 'pamper' treatment and will not simply massage or tickle your feet.  Reflexology is a sequence of movements over the feet or hands, that can result in increased relaxation and greater awareness of health, which can allow the body to heal other health problems that may be present.  Reflexology can be quite surprising for your health but you need to try it to find out!  On the whole reflexology is not ticklish, nor do I care what state your feet are in that just makes the treatment all the more relevant, though clean is always nice.  I am also a qualified Nutritional Therapist (Functional Medicine) and will give you personal advice on some dietary changes you can make to improve your overall health as well. I can answer your questions on the plethora of health information in the media and give you good sources of further information if you require.  I have been qualified in reflexology for over 12 years, working in the Ireland, Spain and the UK. And it still surprises me when clients tell me what an improvement it has made to their emotional and physical health.
