Having experienced ongoing pain in the lower back and down the left leg along with calf muscle it is the second time I've paid a visit to Patrik. The first occasion was the neck, shoulder and lower back. I received a very professional and highly skilled massage that really helped alleviate the pain I was in. I was having trouble sitting and driving, Patrik really helped. He is currently working on my back, leg and calf. He is very skilled and very thorough. I would recommend without hesitation. A very nice person and a calming presence especially when you are in a lot of pain. He listens without interruption, lets you tell him what your feeling and works from there. You will be in no doubt, he is obviously very experienced at what he does. He is highly skilled in this area. The focus with Patrik is on the treatment and not all the bells and whistles as with other places. Very happy with it.

When it comes to being a master at his craft, Garrett is that! He has a pair of hands that will kneed out the tightest knot, the most stressed muscles and stiff discs ! And he has a personality that you'd pay to be in the company of. A gentleman to his fingertips. And a phenomenal therapist

After putting off a visit for ages I went to Maoori who was very thorough and identified where I needed corrective treatment. She quickly put me at ease and she explained the treatment to me. It was fascinating to see how knowledgeable she is and I felt amazing after my treatment. Just a few old niggles that I ignored had led to lots of adjustments being needed. I have been back for further adjustments and highly recommend.

Very pleased with the treatment I received. Have made a follow up appointment for 3 weeks time. In the meantime the exercises I was provided with have also helped me with my back strain. They were recommended to me by a friend and I would now recommend them as well.

My knee treatment so far has been great. John, the physio had a look at my difficulties and suggested a scan to ascertain whether I may have a meniscus tear. He also noted an imbalance in my legs, due to one hip being out of balance and immediately treated this. The adjustment has been a relief after years of walking with imbalance. I have an exercise programme and the use of TENS machine and massage each session gives much more freedom of movement without pain. Great value and a very helpful accomplished practitioner.

I went to see Tony at A W Physio summer of 2019 as I had constant lower back pain from facet joint degeneration which I have had for several years (I am 61 years of age). I have tried many treatments over the years but after seeing Tony for acupuncture and ultrasound my pain is much reduced. He gave me exercises to strengthen my core and so alot of it is down to me now to discipline myself to do them as I know the longer-term outcome is dependent on this strength work. Tony is a lovely guy, will make you feel at ease and wants to help. I would certainly recommend his clinic.

I first met Justine a few weeks ago after trapping a nerve in my lower back, this caused me great pain which leads to making my foot numb. I have attended 3 sessions and feel better than I have in years. Justine listened and treated my back/foot problem, I am now walking without the constant fear of tripping over. I was really struggling with knee pain after I had climbed Ben Nevis. It was stopping me from walking to work and to achieve daily tasks. I had a look on the Comfort Health website and saw that they offered a 60 minute treatment that included acupuncture/dry needling as well as a massage. I was very impressed with the professional atmosphere of the clinic, and they made me feel welcome as I walked through the door. I received my treatment from Matt, who assured me acupuncture and a massage would really help. I was very happy with the treatment and after a few sessions, my knee pain has improved significantly. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional/friendly service.
