Dry needling is greatly beneficial for any form of muscular pain due to a sports injury or a very tight muscles due to stress. Aching computer shoulders, calf muscle tear, lower back and buttock pain are all well know injuries which can be treated using Dry Needling. It is extremely effective with minimal discomfort. This technique can be used with or without other therapies such as deep tissue/sports massage at The Bodywise Clinic. I saw Fiona after my GP recommended that I go for a physio assessment. I was complaining of various aches and pains from sports injuries. Fiona thoroughly examined me, reassured me that all was ok and that my complaints were par for the course with my particular sport. She emphasised to me the importance of warming up/cooling down and stretching properly. Fiona had come recommended to me. I was delighted to be seen promptly and Fiona facilitated me with a late appointment.

KATHY Kavanagh is an excellent physio. Better at diagnosis and more effective at resolving issues than any I have used over the years. Ms Kavanagh also correctly diagnosed a simple issue which three other senior physios in Dublin had failed to do before I found her practice.
