I have been using Physio Care following a total knee replacement operation, the quality of the service has been exceptional. I was given a personalised treatment plan designed to help my recovery and my progress has been carefully monitored. I attended the clinic months following a fractured T12 and the diagnosis of osteoporosis. Mahdi was very professional at all times. Listened with interest to my concerns/questions and provided me with constructive advice. I had deep tissue massage combined with? electronic massage, ultrasound and exercises to increase flexibility and quality of life. The exercises were not only advised but demonstrated by Mahdi and thereafter I performed the exercises to ensure I knew how to do them effectively. It’s a fantastic professional place I came with pain in the lower back hip and ankle. I did 3 sessions they fixed me better than any hospital I’ve been to. The doctor is so good and gentle The physiotherapists are so so so very good.

Angela is very welcoming and a good listener. She makes me feel at ease and explains everything clearly. The session really allowed me the time and space to learn about my problem and how to fix it with some massage treatment and at-home exercises. I definitely felt her attention to detail and to me as an individual and I don't get any sense of being asked back for further in-house treatment where unnecessary.

I must start by apologising to Lauren as I left a review for her the other day after my treatment and called her laura. I have just returned and had some more treatment on my upper arm and shoulder. And again I can’t praise her enough, Lauren straight away puts you at ease, she has such a pleasant way. I feel better and better after every treatment so can’t recommend them and especially Lauren.

Andy is a very experienced and qualified physio and I had great treatment and service from him for tendonitis. I was always treated on time and his charges are great value for money and he does not drag treatment out unnecessarily. I would not hesitate in recommending him.

Would highly recommend Garrett I went to him for a muscle massage and he was brilliant, very accommodating for appointments very reasonable price. I will definitely be booking back in.

I had lower back pain for years and I do driving for a living. I went for a medical check up for this particular problem to one of the hospitals in istanbul. During my stay in the city I did a bit of research for lower back pain clinic and I found goldenarm healthy living. I met Dr Mangan who is very professional in his chiropractic clinic. I told him in detail what my problem was and straight after he put me on a blank and did some genius technic to relieve my neck, spine and lower abdomen. It was a very helpful treatment although is not a complete cure for my problem. He then give me further advice on how to best manage my lower back pain and he was keen to even look at my MRI scan but I had bad flu so I stayed away. Overall good clinic with honest approaches. My session lasted less than half an hour.
