I recently had a thread lift procedure to both sides of my face and Derma filler to my chin at the IMA Aesthetics clinic The procedure went well took about 30 minutes and was relatively painless I am extremely happy with the results and cost IMA Aesthetics clinic is a warm pleasant and friendly environment highly recommended.

I travelled nearly a half day to meet Dr Juliah in Dublin to get Thread Lifting done. I have chosen her because she has the best reputation. She gave me a warm welcome but must have noticed how nervous I was, she calmed down quickly and I felt safe and in good hands. She explained the whole procedure and gave me good local anaesthetic injections before she started. It was quite challenging for her since I have a big scar on one side of my face and was not easy to get through but she managed very well and explained exactly what the problem was and I was therefore prepared for the bruises which developed afterwards. All the other areas went without any trouble, but I was glad when it was over I have to admit. Her aftercare is excellent and gave me even a week later good medical advices and explanations of the healing process, so time is needed to recover It’s definitely not a lunchtime procedure. I am after 1 week now and still recovering, I am happy with the result, not a huge difference which I didn’t want but is meant to improve over time, I definitely recommend Dr Juliah, she knows what she is doing with a wealth of experience and a wonderful warm personality. I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.
