The nurses treated me with love as if I were their family. I felt comfortable and calm even though I was in an unfamiliar country. The doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists did a great job. They made my breasts beautiful and now my self-esteem has increased. I was blessed with the entire DR.CINIK team. Now my dream has come true. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

This morning I visited the Toa Clinic, in a very unhappy state after having top eyelid bletharoplasty surgery, which left my eyelids sunken and hollow. Sofia put me at ease immediately in a reassuring manner and I left in a completely transformed state, very happy with a lovely new look, thanks to Sofia’s great work.

Contacted me very quickly after my enquiry and arranged an appointment within days. The first appointment was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Wow, what a 1st visit to this beautiful clinic, where you are greeted by the friendly reception team and made to feel welcome, as for Dr Raj he is a gentleman and is very honest and informative regarding treatments. There is no pressure to go ahead with treatments, I only wish I had found this clinic earlier I cannot wait to go back and have treatment (neo gen ). This clinic is in the town centre on Hagley Road. It’s located in one of the better areas in Birmingham and they’ve got an actual doctor performing the surgeries. Dr. Holloran was so professional and gave me an immediate appointment for my non-surgical nose job and jaw and cheek fillers. I think she’s fantastic and I’ve recommended her to all of my friends. Everything (reception, coffee and bathroom facilities) was really nice. Dr. Holloran was sincere and thorough; she wasn’t trying to cut corners or anything and really listened to what I wanted. She tries to give you the exact look you’re hoping for. She gave me sound advice and the follow-up was even better. I’m really happy with the results.

I travelled from Ireland for the smas facelift and neck… Dr Rataj and Natalie are true professionals, Natalie went out of her way for me, making sure everything was perfect..Dr Rataj explained everything in detail, and has a very calming nature. The results are absolutely amazing, so natural looking,100 percent satisfied… I was swollen the first night, no pain but no problems after that, I was on my flight back 2 days later, took it easy for the first week, went back to work the second week, very easy to hide with my long hair. I would recommend staying in the Leo apartments, very central. The price I paid was only 3,700. I highly recommend Dr Rataj, very skilled and professional.

Lovely clinic from the point of entry to leaving. The doctor is warm, friendly and open without being pushy or opinionated. Very happy with the treatment and care is taken. Will be returning for future appointments. The clinic also has skinsceuticals and medik8 skincare lines which are both great.
