Going to Dr Rakus’ clinic is always a total pleasure. They were brilliant during Covid, practising the most meticulously careful hygiene measures, and I never once worried about exposing myself to risk by visiting the clinic. Now that life is getting back to being busy and normal, the clinic is even more of a sanctuary than ever. I had two sessions of Ultracel earlier this year, and with every passing week, my skin has looked better and better.

I have been to the TOA clinic three times now. Twice for lip filler and most recently, tear trough filler. I cannot recommend it enough. I have been to various places over the years so I feel like I have enough to compare with. Sofia’s consultations are proper and precise. The work will not commence until it is understood exactly what you desire. She also makes great suggestions. The procedures are always painless. I don’t know how she does it, whether it’s a technique or the needle itself or perhaps both. What I’m most pleased about is how long the results last. Maybe I’m lucky but 15 months on from having lip filler, it’s still there! If you want a relaxing experience in a beautiful clinic, knowing that you’re in safe hands, go to TOA.

So friendly and informative! Honest with how many treatment sessions I needed, with no intention to make me pay more than required. Very detailed in telling me about aftercare and anything which May happen after the treatment. Really great experience.

Wow, what a 1st visit to this beautiful clinic, where you are greeted by the friendly reception team and made to feel welcome, as for Dr Raj he is a gentleman and is very honest and informative regarding treatments. There is no pressure to go ahead with treatments, I only wish I had found this clinic earlier I cannot wait to go back and have treatment (neo gen ). Having visited Dr Raquel a number of times I am always impressed by her knowledge and friendly manner. I had a facial rejuvenation, which was quite uncomfortable but Dr R. administered pain relief, and numbing cream so all bearable. The effects were subtle and I was initially a little disappointed but on my return to review and see the original photos the effects were actually quite striking. No one has really noticed except to say I have had a lot of "you look really well" comments, rather than "what have you done" which was the desired result. Highly recommend Dr Raquel

I have been going to hemel cosmetic clinic for years now. I have procedures done here and I have to say I wouldn’t go to anyone else but Kevin! He makes you feel at ease and comfortable and does an amazing job! All my lines and wrinkles have gone. I would recommend using Hemel cosmetics and have Kevin do your procedures if you want the job done properly! He’s amazing!

Excellent service, in a no-pressure environment. Improved my sagging eyelids with anti-wrinkle treatment. Pleased with the results. Lovely lady. I returned to the clinic after some successful laser treatment for thread veins in 2015.
