Caroline at The Retreat removed them for me with modern electrolysis equipment over two sessions at a very reasonable cost. The skin tags have gone and my life is so much better. I had sent off several email enquiries to several clinics and I am so pleased that Caroline from The Retreat was the only one who had to courtesy to respond with rather offer of treatment. I am so glad I made an appointment - so grateful for their care and attention. The Clinic was immaculately clean, I was made welcome by the lady on reception and after completion of some paperwork shown to the treatment room, which again was immaculately clean.

I got burned on holiday and ended up with hyperpigmentation. So to even out my skin tone and get the pigment to skin I found Debra. She gave me amazing advice and help resolve my worries with dermapen. I finally have my skin back to normal - didn’t think this was ever going to be possible till I found her. She is so experienced in this field.

I have been there a few times and every time I am treated like a friend. The staff are wonderful very professional and listen to your needs and advise accordingly. In my opinion the best salon in Leicester. Wouldn’t change. I’m there for keeps.
