I have had a few appointments now with the clinic to have my nails done. The staff are really lovely and so friendly. Always feel very welcome and enjoy my experience. Fab job too. I would def recommend a visit.

I had a skin tag and 4 moles removed from my forehead by two very attentive and highly experienced members of staff. They put you to ease and make you very comfortable before providing a pain-free wonderful service. From the moment I walked in, my first impressions were that I was most definitely in the right place for my treatment. I was met with a smile from Karen, the receptionist who was very polite. I was treated with the utmost of care, professionalism and the procedure was quite painless. (I had a small wart removed). I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone. I had been to my GP but had received very mediocre advice & as expected my nails continued to be as bad as ever. I contacted Laserina & was given a very in-depth explanation & treatment program to follow. After a few months I noticed an improvement & now 8 months on my nails are free of infection, I’m so grateful for Iranas honest & professional care. Excellent treatment at Grey Door with Kayti. My husband had an annoying wart removed on his shoulder which hardly left a mark. So I put my trust in Kayti to remove a raised mole on my cheek which had started to pop out hairs. I’m so so happy. I took all the advice for the after care and the result is flawless. First-time visit to this gorgeous clinic for me after previously travelling to London for my treatments. I was made to feel very welcome and had everything explained to me. I had lips, cheeks and jaw done and I am over the moon with my results. This is most definitely a hidden gem in Maidstone and I highly recommend this place to everyone looking to have aesthetic treatment. It’s spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, has amazing staff & fantastic aftercare. Everything you could ever want! Graham did my tattoo today and I can’t express how professional and caring he was towards the image I wanted. From start to finish he took my wishes I wanted into the finished product. It meant so much, not just aesthetically but emotionally too. My tattoo means far more than just an image and I will be forever grateful. The team at the clinic are fantastic. I've just returned for some patch top ups after a year and a half of being free of the unwanted facial and leg hair. Cannot recommend this clinic enough 😀
