Very professional clinic and extremely welcoming, Sarah made me feel at ease soon as I walked through the door and answered all my questions when I asked about different treatments, very knowledgeable and such a delight to chat with. Today was the second time I've had treatment with Jodie, she is absolutely lovely, such a caring person and amazing at what she does. Jodie made me feel very calm and talked me through everything she was doing. Always feel like a million dollars when I leave. Would highly recommend, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatment. I had spider veins from using steroids on my skin. A lot around my nose and on my cheeks. I hated them for years. Great. No salespeople to try to talk me into something. The doctor was really nice, smart and very honest because they told me all the risks. I went to two other clinics and they said I would be absolutely perfect, but I found it hard to believe them. Dr. Thao said I may have some blister or mild skin redness from treatment and that spider veins may not go away entirely depending on size and depth. They had a good laser from Israel- told me it was US FDA (I checked to confirm) before I went back.) Results are great- no more spider veins. I had redness for half a day, but no blister. I think I look handsome now.

The online reviews for ME Cosmetic were very good and they were able to give me a tax refund, so I had my double eyelid surgery and ultherapy sessions here. I paid 4300 for the eyelid surgery and 1000 for the ultherapy. I reckon their rates were okay compared to some other places. One week after the surgery, I went back to have the stitches removed. I’m happy with the double eyelid surgery results, but I need more time to heal so I can see the full effect. The ultherapy has lifted my skin, so things look a little smoother now, but the results are not that obvious. As far as the clinic’s concerned, it is a bit small, but the doctor and the general staff were really nice. They had a translator I could speak both English and Japanese with. Everything went well.

I approached the Laser Clinic with a view to having a large skin tag removed which I felt quite self- conscious about. I was given an appointment time to undergo a preliminary examination to make sure everything was OK and asked to give a statement of medical health to see that everything was satisfactory. A price was given which I was very happy with, and I decided that I would proceed with the treatment. Everything was carried out in a very professional manner. I am very satisfied with the treatment that I have received to date and would recommend this service.

My experience at Novello clinic with Yuliya was pleasant start to finish. Yuliya was very informative with regard to treatments and which ones would be suitable for me. Once I decided which one to have a further appointment was made and my cheek and lip fillers were done painlessly. After a week and all swelling gone I am so pleased with the results.
