Much can be told from the response one can get. I haven't received treatment but decided to get in here and leave a review because I was asked to. I only asked about information and price mainly. An I must say this clinic really cares. They responded surprisingly quickly and took the time and effort to answer my questions very thoroughly. I am grateful for that an am now aware of both the processes and the prices for each of the steps. My impression is good so far. But can only give 4 stars as I haven't gone there yet.

Fantastic service and I’m very happy with the results. I have visited Dr Kara at her clinic twice now for her skin pen treatment, she talked me through the treatment and gave excellent aftercare, the difference before and after is amazing. Would highly recommend her for any cosmetic treatments in Norwich.

Ruth is very careful to explain how she does treatments to nervous clients such as myself. Making a plan that you are happy with before proceeding. She is very professional, with an obvious creative flair for beauty aesthetics to create a very natural look. I felt very comfortable to have several areas treated on my face and am very happy with the results. I had occasion to consult Dr.Sandip Shama for my grandson's palm (fingers) surgery which was crushed in trade mill. Dr. Sandip Sharma's expertise helped to restore the original position of palm. What I feel is Dr. Sharma not doing surgery, but miracle. I recommend Dr. Sharma who is patient friendly besides an expert surgeon. I wish all the best to Dr. Sandeep Sharma.

I had sclerotherapy for the treatment of spider veins in both legs. Very professional courteous treatment carried out by Donna who was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease throughout the treatment. Very relaxing treatment room and no problem to contact Donna for any aftercare if necessary. Pleased with results so far which only get better in the coming weeks after the healing process is complete. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

After entering my details with whatclinic, I was contacted by Claire Lavery Aesthetics and booked in for treatment within 24hrs! Which I thought was fantastic! The treatment I had was wart removal and Claire was so friendly and very professional. She put me at ease straight away by explaining the procedure and how it all worked before starting. A very good value for this treatment will be using Claire again and would definitely recommend to family and friends.
