I would like to express my gratitude on behalf of the entire METROPOLMED team who assisted me before, during and after the hair transplant. I have been treated in a very professional manner. I had a gastric sleeve done 12/01/2022 by Dr Omer Avlanmis. My main person who I dealt with was Mr Kemal, I cannot speak highly of these people. They went above and beyond. My nurse floor 4 was Feyza Erturk was also truly fantastic they put our NHS to shame, I'm so glad I decided to do this and feel so much better I would highly recommend if you are thinking about gastric sleeve contact Kemal. 1st class all the way even reception staff to the top being Dr Omer Avlanmis. My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia❤️ my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived to Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel.Then straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in details what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, very calm which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me I felt very very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr Ulas, Rabia and team I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families. I underwent a major operation. There was really good service and I felt safe the whole way through. Everything went as planned both before, during and after the operation. It's been 4 months today and I'm really happy with the result. Thank you for everything.
