I have been a patient at YHDP, for more than 30 years, living In Chesham at the time. Later I moved to Norfolk, and am now living in Derbyshire, and yet I still travel to the practice. Why? Because right from the start I thought they were the best. And they still are. Peter Churchill, now retired was a great professional, yet kind and gentle. A hard mantle to follow. The reception was great, but gaining entry is like entering an illegal drinking club with the covid restrictions. Knock on the window and if accepted you are led to a side door. This was my second dental consultation as I was not happy with my teeth and wanted veneers and a crown. After a pleasant consultation, I was happy with the compeitive price, which alsost halved the previous quotation elsewhere. Within a few weeks, I am sitting here with the same I requested and I am so happy. Dr Patel ensured I was comfortable at all times, whilst the work was carried out Midland Smile Centre had all the technology, which no need for a mouthful of mould. I had a hygienist appointment with Sylvia. She was fantastic and explained everything she was doing. She was friendly and makes you feel comfortable. My teeth have never been so clean. I was doubtful about going to see the hygienist but will make it more of a regular routine to attend.
I've been very pleased with the service and results, since starting with this clinic many years ago. I had a bridge, crowns and veneers - all done to a high standard and still going strong many years later. They recently managed to squeeze me in for a suspected infection.
As a child I had a bad experience at the dentist, which has remained with me my whole life, I am very agitated when visiting. Nishma became my dentist and everything changed. I was able to attend my appointments without fear or dread. She always made me feel at ease, and always provided the best care. She will be greatly missed by me.
We have recently joined the practice which all started with us seeking a second opinion from our current dentist. The service we have received at Salters has been truly exceptional. Michelle who was our first point of contact is the most adorable, kind caring lady who has gone the extra mile in helping us. I am an events manager and I'm hard to impress when it comes to customer service and Michelle has exceeded all expectations. Dr Joanne Salters was so so helpful and again we felt so comfortable with her excellent care and not to forget Mr Tait who has a wonderful manner and has started excellent treatment on my son. It honestly makes such a wonderful chance to have such personal care and to really feel so looked after. I cannot recommend you enough, Thank you.
