I had septo-rhinoplasty with Dr. Ferhat Ilen 3 months ago and I am very happy with my result. I decided to get surgery because of my serious breathing problem and also I did not like my natural nose shape so I was happy to change it. I researched for a long time and chose Dr. Ilen because he is an ENT with experience in complicated cases, he took my other medical conditions seriously, and he answered all my questions in detail through 2 video consultations even before I made my final decision, his results on Instagram really suited my taste, he is very kind and speaks English well. He explained everything in detail and gave me all the time I needed for all my questions when we had a consultation in his office before the surgery day and did some extra tests to make sure everything would be ok because of my other medical issues. I also appreciate the reasonable price he offered me. Now, 3 months after surgery, I can breathe SOOOO well and I am super happy with the shape of my new nose. I love it! I wish I did it much sooner!

Absolutely fantastic doctor and team. I flew to Turkey in May 2022 for rhinoplasty. I was going by myself and extremely anxious however Dr. Durukan and his team couldn’t have made me feel more at ease. I was met at the Airport by Teoman who is the nicest man, he drove me to my hotel and checked me in. The following morning he collected me to go to the hospital. I met with Dr Durukan and my translator, Nehir who was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable. After the surgery Nehir stayed with me until late that night and then was back first thing in the morning. All the nurses in the hospital were very attentive and did regular checks on me throughout the night. The day after surgery Nehir came back to the hotel with me and explained all medication I needed to take over the next few days. I went back to Dr Durukan and he removed the tampons from my nose and stitches. Then on the last day he removed the cast and renewed the bandages. I got a shock seeing my nose for the first time as it was extremely swollen and looked bigger than my original nose. I was told it takes a full year for the nose to heal and the swelling will decrease each week. I am only less than 8 weeks since my surgery and the swelling has almost completely gone. I can notice the difference looking back on photos since then just how much it has gone down in size and start to see just how perfect it is. It was the best decision of my life getting rhinoplasty with Dr. Durukan, I feel so much more confident in myself now and it’s so freeing to not have a huge insecurity shadowing over me anymore. Hair transplant - 1-year review I can not fault the Surgery Group at all through the whole process so far. I 1-year post-op and the results are beyond my wildest dreams! I was initially supposed to be having my transplant in Turkey last summer but due to coronavirus, I could not travel last year. I then looked into a transplant in the UK. I had a couple of online consultations with other, better-known companies but luckily for me, I found Matthew and the Surgery Group. The initial thing that drew me to this business was that it was a considerably lower price than other organisations, but after speaking to Matthew it becomes apparent that I wasn’t only getting a lower price, I was also getting a very personal experience in which I felt looked after and cared about. On the day of the surgery, Dr Ismail and his team were very honest and informative about what was going to happen. They drew an initial hairline that I wasn’t happy with so I asked them to modify this and they did. They even took more grafts than they needed to cover the area in order to make the front have a higher density. Throughout the whole process, I felt minimal pain, only for the anaesthetic injections and when hair was taken from the nerve endings. Overall a really professional procedure in which I felt safe, secure and cared for at all times. After the procedure, it was made clear what to do for aftercare and Matthew was available for the days after the procedure and beyond. He has continued to give me great advice over the phone all year, always replying within 10 minutes. For a lower price, I got exactly the same (or better) as I would have got with any better-known clinic in the UK. I had a hair transplant at the Clinic Center, 3000 grafts. It’s the best thing I have done and I wish I had done it many years ago. Their customer service was flawless, they were great at communicating step by step in detail. I would highly recommend them, very professional.

I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.
