Merhaba, First of all, I was introduced to Vanity thanks to my aunt who had an eyelid correction done by them two months ago. I have seen this was done very nicely, which is why I decided to go to Vanity. I recently had an eyelid correction and browlifting and I am still recovering. At this moment everything seems to look okay. I want to mention that we have been helped in a good way. The people are friendly and helpful. My surgery was done by Dr Mert, very well recorded and guided. He can reassure you if you feel worried and even makes time to discuss this with you. Which I certainly admired in this doctor.

I’ve been wanting to enhance my breast size since college. I am a curvy size 4 but my breast size never seemed proportional. I’m using an orthopaedic pillow to sleep on my back. I hit the gym for mild cardio. I’ve had help to walk my dog. I’m not lifting anything heavy. I’m so excited about my decision and cannot wait to heal. This is the single biggest investment I’ve ever done in myself outside of education and I’m feeling AMAZING. As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start. The hairline I requested was designed by myself and the surgeon together - he wasn't pushy and made sure I was entirely happy with my hairline before we got started. Post-procedure, the same number of staff who had been supporting me since day 1 was at hand constantly. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I had a hair transplant at this clinic and my operation went for 15 hrs with a great experience and outcome. Great team and work! Adem is a considerate person, he is great at his job and he also treats you like a friend and family! He and his team have a great skill in this area. He was working on me for more than 15 hours! He loves what he doe and he is very good at it. In addition, if you do not speak Turkish, Emre is a translator with a great personality.
