I had sleeve gastrectomy surgery and my family members had eclipse balloons. It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. They've been very meticulous and professional in attending to our medical needs. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs such professional medical attention and hygiene at very affordable prices. 😀

Used Apera in September 2022 for a gastric sleeve and the service from start to finish was exceptional. From the moment of booking up until now, they have been amazing. You get a 12-month aftercare with nutritional advice and support along with regular remote support from a doctor if needed.

Heeeey Laaaaadeeeezzz!!! I'm a little over two weeks post-op and feeling great. My weight is now 165. I was hoping to lose a bit more quickly but my dietitian says I'm progressing well. And my clothes and suits are fitting slacker!!! Yaaaaay. I am so happy I did this. No regrets whatsoever. I promised to write about the surgery experience so here goes: When I was wheeled into surgery I met the team including nurses. I joked and called them the "A-team" and asked them to take good care of me. They promised to. I didn't see my surgeon just before surgery as he was in another room. However, I gave the anesthesiologist a message for him: "Thank you and take care of me". The anesthesiologist chatted with me and made me super comfortable. I laid down on the operating table, he gave me the anaesthetic and the next thing I knew I was being woken up as surgery was over!!! My surgeon was right there telling me that everything went perfectly, and seconds later my mum was there holding my hand as I was being wheeled back into my private room. I wasn't in pain. I didn't have and still haven't had any serious gas pains or anything of that nature. They treated me like a queen. I wish I could get the kind of care I received at Medhera Clinic here in the USA! I can't recommend them highly enough. It was the best decision of my life!!

Highly recommend. I had a gastric ballon six months ago. I lost 20 kg with the support and great advices from Dietitian Nur. Dr Kaplan is a very good doctor with huge experience and always want the best option for patient. It was a good experience. Also good value for money.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

I had a gastric sleeve done in May 2019. I have lost just shy of 5 stone in 1 year. I was very hesitant to do the operation at age 22 but it's the best decision I ever made. Mr. Awad was kind and efficient throughout and the Tonic team have been constantly supporting me. The op went very smoothly and the lift to and from the Derby hospital and London was such a considerate feature. The first 3-4 weeks are tough but completely worth it. I'm well adjusted to my new stomach now. I don't feel like I'm deprived of anything. I feel like now my body isn't always working against me and gaining weight disproportionately. I feel totally in control of my weight and have been quite effortlessly shedding kilos! Thank you Mr. Awad & Tonic for getting me to feel like myself again!

I had a really positive experience at this clinic. I had varicose vein treatment on 2 separate occasions. Dr. Hatice is a competent doctor who is also humble and friendly. The clinic is clean and seems to specialise in cancer treatment. It is in a central location in Antalya. Prior to the treatment, I was apprehensive but I would definitely recommend it.

When they talk about The best doctor they mean this one. I will recommend him when u need to do any bariatric procedure did mine yesterday and don’t believe that I did a procedure. No pain and they are so efficient with attending to you. Thank u doc

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.
