I cannot recommend Kristina enough. She has done wonders for me, from Physio to actually teaching me to stand, sit, and walk. I honestly owe her quite a bit. Her advice has helped me to manage chronic low back pain and come out on the other side and her treatment has helped me immensely. When the NHS physio sent me home saying I had 80% of shoulder movement and this was fine, in one session Kristina restored movement to almost normal. I have referred several people to her and they have all said the same, magic hands, great personality and professionalism.

I was recommended Swiss Physio by a friend and it's one of the best recommendations I've had. As a badminton player, I had trouble with my knees and wasn't able to run. The treatment room is impressive with lots of equipment and aides. Got treatment on the knees and legs and was informed that my posture was contributing to most of it. Angela gave me lots of exercises to do and videoed me doing them on my phone so I wouldn't forget what to do. Worked a treat and on going back to badminton I could move and run as if nothing had happened. She did such a good job I haven't needed to return but at the slightest sign of injury, I would not hesitate in returning. Mega value for money as it put me back on the court. I would recommend this clinic with no reservations.

I have been having issues with my lower back for a few months and as it is hard to get into a doctor and then wait for physio, so I decided to have a sports massage. Beth got to the issue and told me what the issue is. As it is an ongoing issue I will need a few treatments. Willing to pay the price to hopefully treat the issue. Special mention to Beth, who puts you at ease and is great at what she does.

It takes five years in full time education to become a chiropractor. At a Consultation you will be welcomed and asked to fill out a brief questionnaire relating to your general health and contact details. You will be given a tour of the clinic and introduced to your chiropractor. Your chiropractor will consult with you in confidence, asking detailed questions relating to your present complaint, past history and lifestyle. You will have the time to provide him with all relevant information. Your area of complaint, entire spine and posture will be examined thoroughly using neurological, orthopaedic and physical tests. The chiropractor uses specialised palpatory techniques which will note changes in your muscle tone and joint movement patterns.
