I found M&R dental studio and I was pleasantly impressed. Very modern, pleasant and friendly staff, English spoken by all and valet parking. I had a root canal, molar extracted, 3 crowns installed and teeth cleaned. No pain whatsoever. Dr Borboa is a master at injecting pain medication. Ceramic crown fabrication is performed on site using a CEREC machine. Dr Borboa scans your mouth with a camera wand. The 3D image appears on the computer. The needed measurements are send to the CEREC machine and a perfect crown is manufactured. Fast and easy. I highly recommend M&R dental for all your needs. I will be seeing Dr Borboa for all mine and my Wife’s dental needs.

My 14-year-old daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Juan and he did an amazing job. She was put solely on local anesthesia during the surgical procedure but Dr. Juan worked fast yet gentle enough for a young person to tolerate the procedure without sedation. He and Dr. Karen as well as their staff are very nice and friendly. Dr Karen also kept in touch via WhatsApp to monitor how my daughter was recovering. When we had some doubts, Dr. Juan did not hesitate to send a 2-minute voice recording on WhatsApp for very clear instructions. Their clinic provides a positive, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable dental service provider.

This was the absolute best dental treatment and experience I have had and stands head and shoulders above any treatment I have received in Canada in regards to the service, experience, quality of work, and cost. Not only this, but the staff were very efficient, informative, and friendly right from greeting you to getting to work within five minutes of arriving versus visiting a dentist in Canada who has you sit in the waiting room for 20 to 40 minutes before moving you to another room waiting for the dentist for another 15 to 30 minutes before starting the assembly line dental work. Neo Clinic offers you water, tea, or coffee, then within 5 to 10 minutes have you being evaluated, having x-rays taken, mapping out a plan of procedure and then explaining why they are recommending what they are doing and possible alternatives that you and the dentist can discuss. In terms of the office, it was modern and very clean, and even a large TV on the ceiling you can watch while your procedures are being done. I also felt very safe in the area of Cancun where the office is located, they even have a staff member to help you get the office or pick you up and drop you off if needed at no additional cost. The treatment I had completed was two root canals, some fillings, and a crown repair that had failed from previous work completed in Canada, to add to this the dentist explained what was going on and let me know that she would be using the best filling materials available to get a great colour match and a long-lasting result and all of this at a cost that is at least 50 to 60% less than what I would get in Canada. I was so happy with the Dentists and all the other support staff that I asked for six business cards that I will be giving to any of my friends who are in need of some dental work. I have in fact already recommended Neo Clinic to three people since returning from my visit to Neo Clinic in December 2023 and will continue to do so. Doctor Alonso is absolutely amazing. Not only is he an expert in his field, he's a really nice and caring person. All the years of dental anxiety disappeared as soon as I met him. He caters to the needs of his patients on an individual basis. Unlike American dentists, Doctor Alonso does not try to sell the patient on unnecessary treatments and procedures just to add to the price. He provides an honest and realistic quote based on the needs of the patient, he actually listens to any concerns and there are no surprise fees involved. The entire experience was VIP. Even with travel costs, I saved THOUSANDS of dollars. I will return to Doctor Alonso for all my future dental care. If you're on the fence about dental tourism, or have had bad experiences with overpriced, arrogant dentists, all I can say is Doctor Alonso will change the way you feel about dental care.

They did a great job on my teeth. Rebuilt the tops and bottom’s. Well worth the drive and crossing the border. Much better than the work I have had done in the US.

Dr. Delgado was very knowledgeable and so kind. I went to him since I thought I needed an Implant. He send me to get a 3D Xray and it revealed that I do not have enough bone structure even after I had a bone graft done for an implant. He offered to make a bridge for me instead. I agreed but after researching it I declined since I can get a bridge paid for by my insurance in Germany. He was okay with that. He did a very good teeth cleaning and I paid just for the evaluation and the cleaning. He is a great professional Dentist and the office help is wonderful too. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Kim takes the time to explain and show what is needed and how he would like to do each procedure. Would I recommend Dr. Kim. Yes, no problem. My mouth feels good. His hours are good and he is a smart person. Interesting to hear a person from Korea go from speaking to his assistants then switching to English speaking to me with a Korean accent. Would I go back? Yes without a question.
