Very good experience of traveling to Bulgaria for treatment. Dr Karadzhov was very accomodating and flexible, fitting treatment around my holiday. Communication was excellent throughout, including an online consultation to go through the procedures and discuss any concerns. Prices were as quoted and excellent value compared to the UK. Very happy with the result and would recommend and use it again if needed.

My front tooth was chipped due to the dentist I went to in the UK and I wasn’t confident enough to smile or talk to people because of it. But today they fixed my front tooth and I feel so confident!! My dad lives in France and needed urgent root canal treatment while was on holidays because his nerves was out. When I contacted the smile professionals, I have had a response very quickly and well organise to get my dad the treatment that he needed. Fast appointment, very professional, excellent root canal treatment and filling. So good thaty dad took an extra appointment to do teeth cleaning. Easy to find. Great communication. The best dentist experience I've had so far! When I made the appointment, the lady who took the call proactively checked my eligibility for a government subsidy that resulted in me getting a checkup for free and a heavy discount on cleaning. Brilliant and patient-focused service! The appointment itself was also amazing, really gentle and the Dr. explained all the steps of the procedure which really put me at ease. It was clear throughout that number 1 priority was my well being and not money, as I was also advised against an invasive operation another dentist (back in Germany) had previously recommended and which turned out to not be medically beneficial at all at this point. I can only recommend this dentist!

Everything went perfect. Special treatment of wisdom teeth refused by swiss dentists was successful. Creation of a ceramic dental bridge. During all time I had a temporary bridge and able to eat.
