I was looking for a dentist in Maltepe. But I was very afraid of implant treatment. I came to Istanbul Dental Academy on the recommendation of my friends. All the staff were very attentive and the doctor calmed me down very well before making the implant. They made my implant in 15 minutes and it was really light, I didn't even feel it. Since I was very satisfied with the implant treatment, I decided to have my other procedures done at Istanbul Dental Academy. I told them that I was not satisfied with my smile and they told me that they could make a smile design with zirconium crown. They are extremely fast because they have their own laboratory. They made my mouth full of zirconium crown within 4 days, allowing me to have a very beautiful smile. All dentists are experts in their profession. Compared to most quality places, their prices are quite affordable. I completed my root canal treatment, filling, implant treatment and zirconium crown treatments painlessly in this clinic. After a very long search to find a good dentist, I have had many quotes from different clinics but the majority of them offered me a dental package, that included flights and very attempting accommodation, like 5 stars hotels, but I wasn't sure that these packages are the best option for me as they never mentioned the names of the doctors that will be treating me. As an anesthetist doctor, I was keen to find an experienced professional dentist, that has very good credentials, which I think is the most important information anyone needs to know before proceeding with treatment. I finally have made my choice to be under the care of Dr. Cem Baysal, who is in my opinion the best dentist I ever met. Both he and his staff were very accommodating, his clinic is very clean and spotless. After a 3D scan, he discussed all the options and explained everything in detail. His English is perfect so no communication problem, he managed to find time to do my 3 implants on the same day, even though he was very busy. I had 3 implants under local anesthetic with no pain and no complications. He is very professional, very caring, and quick at delivering the treatment with the best results expected. He also will try to save one of my tooth which, which my dentist in the UK suggested that it has to be removed. Dr. Cem Baysal you're such a wonderful doctor and you always make me feel so safe. You are a perfect combination of responsibility and care. Thank you for taking care of me so delicately. I am looking forward to seeing you again after a four months period to complete my treatment.

I am so happy that choose SAM Patient Services, they offer and do deliver excellent service. In fact they have exceeded my expectations. From the very first communication, representative Berfin, was my rock and got me through this process. Arranging Transfer to/from airport in the private car, checking in and out of the hotel, arranging accompanying me in every singe appointment in clinic and offering translation when needed and making sure I was taken to the room and meeting my Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and the Anaesthetist, and even visiting me in hospital bringing me water and juices, displaying care and attention. My every single question was answered before and after. I felt confident all the way. If I ever need another procedure, I will most definitely will use SAM Patient Services again and again.

P.S I had 11 implants, 12 extractions, bone grafting and sinus lifting and then 24 zirconium crowns ( individual and implant supported bridges) Most of the work work was done in the first week there in May and I have just returned last week from having my second visit where my permanent crowns/bridges were fitted. Excellent value and the hotels they put me in ( the qinn and Ramada Plaza) were a treat too.

Absolutely love my new smile. When I started my enquiries back in the UK this clinic stood out from the rest, they weren’t pushy for a commitment, they were as thorough as possible with the quote from pictures, always available with my queries and most of all calmed my anxieties. From the minute I landed in Turkey the service I received was excellent, all transfers, beautiful hotel, regular contact, amazingly hygienic clinic with friendly staff with amazing skills who gave me my confidence back to smile. If you’re thinking of going to Turkey for dental work I fully recommend it here, very reasonably priced for the quality, and there are cheaper clinics however I don’t believe the service and quality could match Umut. I’ve now had my beautiful smile since August and the only regret I have is that I didn’t have the work done years ago

Volkan was always communicative via WhatsApp and allayed my fears as to getting an implant done. On the day of the procedure everything was explained and the implant provider (astra) was also on hand as support. As of a week later my implant has settled in and am looking forward to getting the permanent tooth in 4 months time. Thank you!

I had extensive dental work done at Esnan in Istanbul and my teeth were not in line as well as my bite. I sent photos to lots of dentists and they all told me the same that they were done wrong and needed to be done again. So I went with Cadde dentist and you can imagine I was very apprehensive but all I can say is thank you to all the staff at Cadde they work I had done is perfect and I would gladly recommend them to anybody. And to anybody thinking of getting their teeth done please just go to Cadde and it will save you alot of heartache and money.

I booked treatment around 6 months before and decided to have a holiday within this time. Leading up to the appointment from the start they were Fantastic so informative and reassuring. Answered all of my questions and was very professional. I was quite nervous about the treatment on the day. Dr ozgur was amazing his English is limited but he has an amazing translator who was super friendly. She organised my transfer from the hotel so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Was honestly such a relaxing a quite funny 2 days. The nurses were so sweet and did make me laugh. The treatment was very comfortable no pain whatsoever, they constantly asked if I was ok. I’m over the moon with my teeth absolutely the best thing I have ever done. Highly highly recommend. 5 stars- incredible value for money with such a professional experience. I will be back next year for an up keep appointment.
