I’ve been Sam’s patient since he took over the practice. In that time I feel I have received an excellent level of treatment and care. I have regular check-ups, and though they have occasionally been cancelled they have always been rearranged within a reasonable time frame, usually the following week. On a few occasions, I have called with concerns regarding my teeth and have always been able to gain an emergency appointment within 24hours. Through the pandemic, I have been grateful to be able to continue my regular check-ups, when government restrictions have allowed them to be open, and have been happy and comfortable with the safety precautions taken.

I cannot praise this surgery enough and the expertise of Mr Patel. I have travelled from out of the area to this surgery since it first opened as, as a nervous patient Mr Patel and his whole team give me the time and reassurance to allow me to feel safe and undertake any treatments when needed. My 2 daughters have also been under his care for many years and he has been amazing with them too. As soon as you have contact with the surgery you are met with a friendly helpful team all this makes the experience of going to the dentist manageable. Thank you.

I had to get an emergency extraction due to build up of excruciating pain which got worse and unbearable on Christmas Eve. I found Pearl Dental Clinic on Google and decided to contact them after reviewing their Care Commission report, as I had no knowledge of the practice personally. I was booked in for an emergency appointment the same evening and my tooth was extracted very quickly and I was given antibiotics. Please note; Emergency dental services are very expensive, so please be aware - but dental pain is also very painful and I'm pain-free now. Thank you Dr Israel Sheik and team.
