My wife went to the Vita hospital for a full knee replacement. The experience was professional and caring. The surgical skill of Dr Chenkov was second to none. The hospital team worked together well. Our English-speaking liaison Kaloyan was outstanding. Every email and phone call was responded to and acted upon immediately and his checking on my wife was appreciated. Really professional service from Cosmopolitan Clinic in Maidstone. They helped investigate whether we needed a yellow fever vaccination, even ringing me back of the evening to get more details prior to booking an appointment. I am terrified of injections but they put me at ease and were very kind during the appointment. Cannot praise them enough.
