Our weight loss programme uses Hypnosis to help to change the clients attitude to food and to help them to see their body in a much more positive way

Our Smoking cessation programme consists of one Hypnosis stop smoking session of 90 minutes which costs 120 Euro, if the client requires a second session it would cost 50 Euro, but usually one session is enough. Hypnosis is a very powerfull tool because it allows the Therapist to get past the clients conscious mind so that he can put positive suggestions and messages into the clients subconscious mind where they will have a much greater chance of being accepted by the client A Hypnosis stop smoking CD is included in the price Yes, Hypnosis is a very effective therapy to help someone give up the smoking habit because Hypnosis enables the therapist to get past the clients conscious mind, the conscious mind does not  like change but likes routine and it will do everything that it can to keep things as they are, but when the client is in the relaxed state of Hypnosis the clients conscious mind is inactive and takes a back seat this means that the Therapist can put ideas and suggestions freely into the clients mind without any interference these ideas and suggestions will then be accepted by the client and will change the thoughts, actions and behaviours of the client and most importantly it will change the clients attitude to smoking, allowing him or her to leave behind the smoking habit and move on into their future as  happier healthier non smokersNo usually the change in the smoking habit and the way that the client looks at the smoking habit is permanent.
