I had a crackling and pain in my wrist which sometimes seized up. Doctor said it was tendonitis, 2 months later if anything it was worse. Luckily another therapist advised I should see Elite therapy clinic. He listened to my problem checked my wrist and explained my treatment to me which he made easy to understand. He used a kind of pulse machine and had me use a hot and cold t treatment at home. A huge difference in just 2 weeks. Absolutely delighted and highly recommend elite therapy clinic to everyone. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.

I visited Active Physio Whitefield for a sports massage after experiencing some severe cramping issues during a run. I was seen by Stelios who was brilliant. He was clearly interested not just in providing the massage but understanding WHY I was there and what my goal was in getting the massage. He gave me lots of useful tips and advice that were beyond my expectations, and as a result I have booked to return for a full physio assessment because I believe that with his advice and guidance I will be able to become a stronger, more efficient and less injury prone runner.
