At KM Injury Clinic we treat all types of injuries and general aches and pains which may have been caused by sports, work, an accident or general wear and tear. A full and thorough assessment is done to not only work out the best treatment for you but also to find out why this injury may have occurred.  We offer a range of treatments including Trigger Point Therapy, Dry Needling, Myofascial Release, Ultrasound, Kinesio Taping, Hot Stones and massage.  At KM injury Clinic we understand that every person has individual needs and so treatment is tailored specifically to give you the best results.  At the clinic we also have Pilates classes for beginners and intermediate levels on a Tuesday at 6.30pm, Wednesdays at 6.15pm & 7.30pm and Thursdays at 10am.  On wednesday morning at 10am we have group BAby Massage classes where new mums and dads came learn how to treat their new addition with a massage.  Having been working in this field for 10 years, as well as work experience throughout my 6 years of college (BSc Athletic Therapy &Training from DCU [2010], Dip Sports Therapy [2006]) I have gained a wealth of experience. I have worked in a clinic for 4 years and I have also worked with Shelbourne Football Club (League of Ireland), Gymnastics Ireland, FAI and Gaa.

From early in my career I began practicing and teaching yoga and pilates and began to develop a holistic approach. This led me to studying craniosacral therapy and later visceral manipulation and somatic movement education. Most recently I've been delving deeply into study of trauma and the Nervous System as it is so involved in any chronic health problems.  As a result I have a very holistic approach that is suited both to acute injuries and chronic longstanding problems. My main interests are women's health (pelvic health/pre and post natal) and pain.  Holistic bodywork sessions will usually address body parts away from the site of pain because of the interconnectness of the fascial system.  I also teach  yoga and workshops/courses on pelvic health and the nervous system. 

An expert and experienced chartered physiotherapist treats patients at this clinic located at Gosforth in Newcastle upon Tyne. He has experience in treating private patients and has worked with sporting clubs and individual athletes. His main is to help patients overcome painful conditions in the shortest possible time and to prevent the condition or injury from recurring. He is registered with most major health insurance providers. Conditions treated include chronic and acute back pain, pregnancy related pain, sports injuries arthritic pain and sciatica. Services include manual physiotherapy, massage, post injury rehabilitation and post-surgical rehabilitation.

All forms of painful musculoskeletal conditions are treated by our experienced registered osteopaths at our clinic located at West Norwood in London. Referrals are accepted from local GP practices and hospitals at the clinic, but patients do not need a referral. Patients of all ages are treated at this clinic.
