A friend recommended I go to the pain relief clinic in Mallow st. I had pain going down my right leg for two weeks. I went to see Sean in the clinic on Saturday in a lot of pain. I came out an hour later and I could climb a mountain. Very highly recommend.

Went to the clinic last week was given a lot of information that made a lot of sense to me. Wish I knew about the clinic sooner.

Went to this clinic as I had extreme tightness in my neck and shoulders from work. I had rung a few other clinics but they were all saying I would need prolonged sports massage for at least a month. When I rang this clinic I found the owner to be very honest and informative. He explained he wouldn't be able to make a judgment on how many sessions I would need until he accessed the injury. The sessions were great within 1 session I could feel a difference in total I had 3 sessions and the pain has completely gone. I chose this clinic as he was the easiest to deal with when making an appointment. I could tell from the sessions that his main priority was making me fully fit and not taking my money. The clinic is in a great location with loads of parking, is very welcoming and clean. Great Clinic Great Therapist!

I contacted Paul with Achilles tendonitis, experiencing tenderness of the heel and stiffness in the back of the leg making walking very difficult and painful. I had sprained my ankle 3 months earlier and walking since then had been difficult. An X-ray showed no break. He arranged a speedy appointment after a few WhatsApp exchanges. He advised dry needle treatment and some ultra sound afterwards. This was incredibly effective and the pain was much easier by the next day. He followed up the treatment with a suggestion for extra stretching exercises for the foot and ankle, also brilliant and effective. I live a couple of hours away from the clinic but the treatment was well worth the journey. I found Paul online and checked out his credentials. He was very professional and had a nice approachable manner. My treatment cost €60 for the session. Great result.

I have attended this clinic over the past 2 years and I always find the service top class. I suffer from neck and shoulder pain and I receive dry needling which I find works best for me. Ashing is the name of the lady I attend and she is always very professional and makes me feel at ease each visit. I would highly recommend a visit here if you're in pain 😊
