I picked Perfect Balance having found an offer on Instagram. I was a bit sceptical at first but was so glad I went. Very happy with Rachel at St Albans. I went in really miserable having overdone my prep for a ski holiday and ended up with a knee problem a few weeks before my trip. She was thorough in her assessment and came up with a diagnosis and plan to get me through my holiday albeit strapped up and with lots of post-ski massage and stretching. I have continued with my sessions with Rachel and exercises at home and have turned a corner and have recently started returning to my regular exercise routine. Rachel is very empathetic, listens and is clearly very experienced. She picked up that my knee problem didn’t originate there and was the consequence of weaknesses elsewhere such as hip, VMO and IT band. Fix these and the problem goes away!

Iain is very knowledgeable and uses the latest treatments, his vast experience and fascia manipulation to treat all foot and leg ailments. He fully assessed me, explained what he thought was wrong and how he was going to treat it. He also gave me a rough estimate of future treatment costs. The total amount would depend on how quickly I responded to treatment, and if I did my exercises properly. With his help, I have gone from having leg pain every evening after work, to being able to walk five miles a day. Thank you so much, Iain
