Excellent dentist. Dr Luis Grisollia was efficient and made me a beautiful porcelain crown matching my teeth perfectly. His office although in a very busy area of Guatemala City is prime location and perfectly clean and modern. International standards, I recommend to anybody. Very good overall service.

This clinic is excellent. I have experience with visiting dentists in many countries. The office was conveniently located a very short walk from the pedestrian border crossing and a staff member met me to show me the way. From the first phone call to walking out the door after my first visit, I was treated with kindness and respect. All of the staff were pleasant, helpful and bilingual. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Chavez was thoughtful, honest, and clear in his explanations for my treatment plan taking the time to make sure I understood the procedures and the pros and cons. The office and treatment rooms were immaculate utilizing the most modern equipment and the doctor and staff followed strict hygiene protocols. I had minor procedures, a cleaning, filling and diagnostic x-rays, and will follow up with more extensive procedures. TIP: If you are walking across the border and have global entry/ SENTRI, don’t forget your card. Walking back is a little tricky. I finally asked someone who looked like they knew. Stay to the left of the main line and continue to walk to the border gates. The locals expect this and most importantly there are NO signs to guide you. Border crossings are all a little different and that’s how it’s done at Nogales.

Had a dental cleaning, root canal, filling and crown done here. Very friendly and courteous and knowledgeable staff and dentists working here. Very clean office. Definitely recommend and will be returning for other work I need to be done.

I have been going to Dental Arts for my dental work for about two to three years now. I first went for a bad tooth I live in Tucson AZ I went to almost all dental places here trying to get help for my tooth none of the places I went to wanted to save my tooth. They said the tooth could only be extracted I was referred by a friend to dental arts and when I went Dr Cantu said they could save it by doing a root canal none of the places In Tucson gave me that option so I did the root canal. The price was great a steal compared to the price in Tucson for just an extraction! My teeth have been great ever since - they did an awesome job! I now have braces done by them also with an awesome price and great work being done! I refer them to everyone great place! And right at the border so you don’t have to go too far into Nogales

My case was difficult due to gums recession but Dr Jepssy Beltre managed to give me beautiful, natural-looking veneers - a piece of art - in a week. Customer care in Dr Jepssy B. goes a long way, I even got great fitting night guards to protect my veneers while sleeping. Dr Mario is awesome! He educates, take care of his clients, and executes flawlessly. He is a true specialist and craftsman and does phenomenal work! I just finished my work with him and I have to say he did AMAZING! He is a MASTER at what he does in dentistry! He goes above and beyond and yet takes the time to make you feel comfortable and consistently asks questions to ensure you are on the same page as him! I received 12 crowns in total, plus gum surgery, and deep cleaning with him. All of which were done flawlessly! Thanks Dr. Mario for everything!

This was the absolute best dental treatment and experience I have had and stands head and shoulders above any treatment I have received in Canada in regards to the service, experience, quality of work, and cost. Not only this, but the staff were very efficient, informative, and friendly right from greeting you to getting to work within five minutes of arriving versus visiting a dentist in Canada who has you sit in the waiting room for 20 to 40 minutes before moving you to another room waiting for the dentist for another 15 to 30 minutes before starting the assembly line dental work. Neo Clinic offers you water, tea, or coffee, then within 5 to 10 minutes have you being evaluated, having x-rays taken, mapping out a plan of procedure and then explaining why they are recommending what they are doing and possible alternatives that you and the dentist can discuss. In terms of the office, it was modern and very clean, and even a large TV on the ceiling you can watch while your procedures are being done. I also felt very safe in the area of Cancun where the office is located, they even have a staff member to help you get the office or pick you up and drop you off if needed at no additional cost. The treatment I had completed was two root canals, some fillings, and a crown repair that had failed from previous work completed in Canada, to add to this the dentist explained what was going on and let me know that she would be using the best filling materials available to get a great colour match and a long-lasting result and all of this at a cost that is at least 50 to 60% less than what I would get in Canada. I was so happy with the Dentists and all the other support staff that I asked for six business cards that I will be giving to any of my friends who are in need of some dental work. I have in fact already recommended Neo Clinic to three people since returning from my visit to Neo Clinic in December 2023 and will continue to do so. I have been having dental treatments with Dr Peniche for a few years now. From numerous crowns and dental implants I keep coming back to him because of his professionalism, his commitment to provide the best care and options available for his patients. In the beginning he insisted my teeth needed to be straightened, a process that would take somewhere around 18 months to 2 years. As I was nearly 70 I decided that I didn’t want to do this so eventually he agreed to work with what I had and would try to tidy up my smile the best that was possible. So crowns were done to even out the teeth that needed treatment, then implants were used where there were multiple teeth involved. As I was coming from out of the country he always made every attempt to accommodate my travel plans. He and his staff were all so professional and helpful with every aspect of my treatments. I had an emergency that needed to be treated quickly. The staff and the doctors have been amazing, and they resolved my problem in the best way possible.
