I had only a few days left in Costa Rica but wanted to get a couple of replacement mouth guards. I used the WhatClinic site and found that Prisma Dental had good reviews and was located nearby. My wife Michelle and I went to see Roberto for two implants for Michelle, she was a little nervous after getting the first stage done. When she went to our regular dentist and they told her everything was very good she was very happy. We would recommend Roberto and his staff to anyone. First of all, I was impressed with the cleanliness of Alberta Dental and their state of the art digital X-rays was amazing, and the personnel were helpful and very nice especially Grace, Luis and Brian. I was impressed with their ability to get all of the resources that they need readily (Drs, Dentists, Specialists, Labs). I don’t know why anyone and everyone wouldn’t want to come to Los Algodones for dental work). I had a right rear lower molar that was very tender, plus I had an upper right extracted 2-3 years ago, and I wanted an overall evaluation of my gums and teeth. So after Dr Alan Morales examined me, this is what he came up with: right rear lower molar is somewhat loose, because of bone atrophy, so 1st: root canal on a right rear lower molar, and deep cleaning then bone graft. We will need to heal, so come back in 4-6 weeks, when we will put 5 crowns in, 2 on the right rear lower, and 3 for an upper right missing tooth.

Had a great experience. The staff is so friendly and professional. I was totally satisfied with the treatment, and the results. I would and do recommend this dental office to all my friends and family and anyone who is looking for a great experience with dental needs. The price was 80% cheaper than the dentists in my area in Florida.

I had been wanting a tooth implant for a while and was really hesitant to go to Mexico. After much discussion with my husband, I decided to go. Much to my surprise, it was not as difficult as I thought. We were there with Dr Ramos early one morning, had a 3D x-ray done a few blocks away and confirmed that I was a candidate for the implant. It took about 40 minutes for the whole procedure. I have gone for a 2 week follow up for removal of stitches and will return in 4 months for the abutment and after that crown. Very happy so far.

Even though I decided on a different practice, Dr Guerra was extremely helpful throughout. A prompt first-day response, follow-up with excellent explanations and information. His diligence was and is greatly appreciated.

Great facility. Clean, English spoken, transportation from border or other locations. Very efficient and great dental work. Better than most places I have been in the U.S. I can not recommend this place high enough. Great service, great people, great prices (You can find lower in Juarez but not with this level of service, and quality dental care.) Very professional.
