Excellent dentist. Dr Luis Grisollia was efficient and made me a beautiful porcelain crown matching my teeth perfectly. His office although in a very busy area of Guatemala City is prime location and perfectly clean and modern. International standards, I recommend to anybody. Very good overall service.

We didn’t see Dr. Melisa, but my husband and I saw 2 other dentists in the clinic for checkups and cleaning. A thorough job was done quickly. Our checkups indicated no immediate problems, but we were advised of future issues that might need treatment through the English skills of the friendly receptionist who translated for the doctors. We will be back again next year. Appreciate the round-trip taxi ride from our hotel.

They were all great and I really like because they spoke English and they explained everything and answered all my questions. They told me upfront how much it was costing and they broke each thing done.

This clinic is excellent. I have experience with visiting dentists in many countries. The office was conveniently located a very short walk from the pedestrian border crossing and a staff member met me to show me the way. From the first phone call to walking out the door after my first visit, I was treated with kindness and respect. All of the staff were pleasant, helpful and bilingual. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Chavez was thoughtful, honest, and clear in his explanations for my treatment plan taking the time to make sure I understood the procedures and the pros and cons. The office and treatment rooms were immaculate utilizing the most modern equipment and the doctor and staff followed strict hygiene protocols. I had minor procedures, a cleaning, filling and diagnostic x-rays, and will follow up with more extensive procedures. TIP: If you are walking across the border and have global entry/ SENTRI, don’t forget your card. Walking back is a little tricky. I finally asked someone who looked like they knew. Stay to the left of the main line and continue to walk to the border gates. The locals expect this and most importantly there are NO signs to guide you. Border crossings are all a little different and that’s how it’s done at Nogales.

Had a dental cleaning, root canal, filling and crown done here. Very friendly and courteous and knowledgeable staff and dentists working here. Very clean office. Definitely recommend and will be returning for other work I need to be done.

I came for the 3D scan. In and out in no time. Excellent service.

Needing partial dentures and a couple of extractions. Love Dr Cantu-Davis. He's excellent, gentle, caring, affordable, competent, and honest. Office is spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff are the best. So far, there are no negatives. My family and many friends are trying him out after hearing about my awesome care. So happy to have found yet another incredible doctor/dentist in Nogales. Care is so far superior than you get in the US, even from the best doctors there.

I am very happy with my results, he is very professional and kind, he explain every step in detail, and the team he has is very good and at all times they gave me the assistance I needed. In addition, I stayed in his apartment and the experience was excellent, a few minutes from the clinic, cozy, clean and in an exclusive area of Santo Domingo with 24 hour security.

VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. Dr Barba was very informative. He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything about the procedure. I felt very comfortable and at ease with him. I had 4 implants and he made my existing plate into a temporary arch. It was nice that Dr Barba and my dentist at home talked on the phone and worked together. My home dentist will continue with the follow up care and is going to make my permanent arch. Dr Barba picked up my friend and I in Brownsville and brought us to Mexico. I felt very safe. I highly recommend Dr Barba, very informative, efficient and a job well done.

I loved the Affective empathy, the staff, geez, I loved it all. I don't think I can ever be seen anywhere else. I am very appreciative that they fit me into a very tight schedule. This was the absolute best dental treatment and experience I have had and stands head and shoulders above any treatment I have received in Canada in regards to the service, experience, quality of work, and cost. Not only this, but the staff were very efficient, informative, and friendly right from greeting you to getting to work within five minutes of arriving versus visiting a dentist in Canada who has you sit in the waiting room for 20 to 40 minutes before moving you to another room waiting for the dentist for another 15 to 30 minutes before starting the assembly line dental work. Neo Clinic offers you water, tea, or coffee, then within 5 to 10 minutes have you being evaluated, having x-rays taken, mapping out a plan of procedure and then explaining why they are recommending what they are doing and possible alternatives that you and the dentist can discuss. In terms of the office, it was modern and very clean, and even a large TV on the ceiling you can watch while your procedures are being done. I also felt very safe in the area of Cancun where the office is located, they even have a staff member to help you get the office or pick you up and drop you off if needed at no additional cost. The treatment I had completed was two root canals, some fillings, and a crown repair that had failed from previous work completed in Canada, to add to this the dentist explained what was going on and let me know that she would be using the best filling materials available to get a great colour match and a long-lasting result and all of this at a cost that is at least 50 to 60% less than what I would get in Canada. I was so happy with the Dentists and all the other support staff that I asked for six business cards that I will be giving to any of my friends who are in need of some dental work. I have in fact already recommended Neo Clinic to three people since returning from my visit to Neo Clinic in December 2023 and will continue to do so.
