Amazing dentist! I tried 3 dentists here and all were absolutely rubbish. I wanted a dentist that I could trust and couldn’t find one in Chania. I’m lucky to discover Dr. Vasilis through a friend referral. He has been the most patient and thoughtful doctor from day one. I had a toothache for 3 months and only needed was a crown adjusted and all previous dentists suggested root canal treatment or extraction . Dr Vasilis was very kind, attentive, conversational, and smart. I spoils not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a simple check up or major work.

I have always feared visiting the dentist , for that reason my teeth are destroyed and I have no smile I could be proud of . Today I had an appointment to have the damaged assessed and make a plan for future treatment . I was treated with consideration and kindness , I felt at ease , the examination was extensive and painless . I had x-rays taken to see what course of action would be best taken and at the end of the examination I had a chat with the dentist and a way forward was planned . My first impressions were good , I am feeling optimistic about the work to be done . I am looking forward to getting my smile back . Now the financial aspect . Todays bill was not cheap , however it was not over expensive . Overall I am very pleased with my experience , my future treatment plan and the final amount payable on completion of my treatment .

I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. Really pleased with everything. I will be back for the advisory’s given as well. Certainly recommend this Dental practice. Thanks all David.

Really happy with my experience here. I'm English and I was looking for an English speaking dentist and I'm happy to say this dentist did everything they said they would. My teeth cleaning was excellent, I feel like a new man. Thank you so much everybody involved,

The dentist took no time to review me and confirmed what my other dentist diagnosed. He even slashed the amount of the consultation fee in half. That was very good of him, as he doesn't have to. A big thanks to Dr Bilal and also the secretaries, very welcoming. I will recommend this surgery

Very good experience of traveling to Bulgaria for treatment. Dr Karadzhov was very accomodating and flexible, fitting treatment around my holiday. Communication was excellent throughout, including an online consultation to go through the procedures and discuss any concerns. Prices were as quoted and excellent value compared to the UK. Very happy with the result and would recommend and use it again if needed.
