Really very helpful, very quick in response any time, it's very important, especially if you are a foreigner, and I came to Bulgaria from the UK. Was unsure where to go and how to find a clinic, and what treatment will I get but vedra dental clinics kindly explained to me the route, provided with the map and calmed me down. As a result I have my crown done and very impressed with the nice, accurate job provided and started a long process of treatment of my other teeth which I was unable to start in the UK, as here dentists refused me any treatment plan saying they would better put implants for crazy money. Very good impression and a huge thank you to my dentist.

My wife had two implants, involving bone grafting and procedures that were painstakingly administered with the greatest aesthetic attention to detail and utmost dedication. The porcelain teeth were manufactured in the clinic's lab and I must say that she has regained her smiling confidence again. Truly good value for money! Another dentist aborted a root canal and sent me away. A massive pain quickly developed so I contacted this surgery and so glad that I did. I am not a good patient but they gave me an emergency appointment, put me at my ease and extracted the molar (when Gary should have been having his lunch break). Absolutely delighted with this dentist, he handled my emergency perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble and the result excellent. I strongly recommend Gary Wu and his surgery.

I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment.
