I was very nervous about my appointment as my own dentist had tried and failed on two occasions to remove my tooth. The surgeon, Bilal Fazil, and Timea were very professional and put me at ease by explaining what was to be done and how the various stages of the process were going during the procedure.

Er erklärte mir die verschiedenen Behandlungsoptionen ausführlich und half mir bei der Auswahl der besten Option für meine Bedürfnisse. Während der Behandlung fühlte ich mich stets wohl und gut betreut. Der Zahnarzt arbeitete sehr präzise und sorgfältig, was zu ausgezeichneten Ergebnissen führte.

I was very afraid to visit the dentist, but the doctors are so kind in this clinic. I have already had three different procedures. I highly recommend it.

First I want to let everybody know that this is one of the most beautiful offices I have been to - very well designed! I have a long-standing fear of anything related to dental work. My procedure was surprisingly pain-free! I never thought that my implant treatment would be so easy. Great price and now I have completely overcome my fear of dental work. Dr. Vasilis Kourouklidis is a genius! It's no surprise he is held in such high regard. If you want to go to the best of the best for far less than you might expect to pay then this is your place! I don't normally post reviews but this experience made my week! Highest recommendation.

I have always feared visiting the dentist , for that reason my teeth are destroyed and I have no smile I could be proud of . Today I had an appointment to have the damaged assessed and make a plan for future treatment . I was treated with consideration and kindness , I felt at ease , the examination was extensive and painless . I had x-rays taken to see what course of action would be best taken and at the end of the examination I had a chat with the dentist and a way forward was planned . My first impressions were good , I am feeling optimistic about the work to be done . I am looking forward to getting my smile back . Now the financial aspect . Todays bill was not cheap , however it was not over expensive . Overall I am very pleased with my experience , my future treatment plan and the final amount payable on completion of my treatment .

I'm so glad that have found the New Smile Clinic! It's a true gem in Tirana. I was looking for an interior open bite treatment with clear aligners, and for a treatment plan that is adapted for those living abroad. From the moment I contacted the clinic my treatment enquiry was processed very quickly. Within few days my treatment was confirmed and I was ready to travel from the UK. Everything was very well organised for my arrival. Dr Juliana is a true professional. She is a wonderful person, and makes you feel welcome and at ease right away. Thank you very much to Dr Juliana for her true professionalism and for respecting the preferences of her patients. It's so nice to be treated by people who love their profession and patients. I would like to thank the New Smile Clinic Team. They all worked very hard, made me feel very welcome, and addressed all the enquiries right away. It was a superb experience throughout!!! Looking forward to come back in a year and seeing my treatment end results.

Once again, great service from all at Cherwell heights Dental care. Always caring and understanding of patient needs . This time it was a routine checkup and hygienist, felt great afterwards.

I attended yesterday 12th/10/23 for emergency denture. Alison arranged for it swiftly. Really nice friendly team. Dr Sophie Hellwell was amazing and made me feel comfortable. Really pleased with everything. I will be back for the advisory’s given as well. Certainly recommend this Dental practice. Thanks all David.
