I recently had a routine appointment with my hygienist at Highfield Dental & Facial Clinic. As always she was totally professional, friendly and considerate of my age. The treatment was thorough but gentle with the latest equipment and techniques. I attend this clinic regularly and it provides an exceptional service. I am a very anxious patient and can absolutely recommend Dr Mike Powell and his wonderful welcoming team. I had to have treatment today and was really afraid. I need not have been. What I thought would be an unpleasant treatment was, in fact, not as bad as I thought it would be. Mike and his Nurse were so calm, kind and reassuring and I can't praise them enough. The environment is warm, calm and welcoming and above also very Covid safe. Fears just melt away, any doubts dissolve and patients are reassured by the extremely kind and friendly receptionists waiting to greet you.

At SanArt, I felt cared for holistically and in the long term. They are incredible at listening and explaining options and differences to someone without any medical knowledge. They take pride in their professional reputation and place it before quick time or monetary gains. My treatment with SanArt includes 4 refills, 2 minor fills, clear liners and two implants. I will go back in 4 months to finish everything. Everything was painless, as agreed upon and well explained. I have been telling family and friends about this clinic because they care about their clients' needs, and they do an incredibly professional job.

I was terrified about having a large abscessed tooth removed when I arrived at Smilekind in Boscombe. As soon as I arrived my surgeon, Dr. Bilal Fazil, came out shook my hand, and asked if I liked cricket. Odd, but what a different way to relax a clearly anxious patient. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do in a language I understood and continually reassured me it would all be fine. The injections of anesthetic were given painlessly and before I had even realized what was happening Dr. Bilal was showing me the extracted tooth. I needed some stitches, but again this was painless and not uncomfortable at all. He and his nurse Sarah, who kept talking and reassuring me were just amazing and I cannot praise them enough. If like me you are fearful of the dentist you really don't need to be or have anything to fear with these two. You really will be pleasantly surprised and leave a lot less stressed than when you arrived. I did!
