I'm so glad that have found the New Smile Clinic! It's a true gem in Tirana. I was looking for an interior open bite treatment with clear aligners, and for a treatment plan that is adapted for those living abroad. From the moment I contacted the clinic my treatment enquiry was processed very quickly. Within few days my treatment was confirmed and I was ready to travel from the UK. Everything was very well organised for my arrival. Dr Juliana is a true professional. She is a wonderful person, and makes you feel welcome and at ease right away. Literally, THEE best dentists!! I’ve been dealing with one of my teeth for 3 years in the UK and this dental practice was able to fix it in one session. My front tooth was chipped due to the dentist I went to in the UK and I wasn’t confident enough to smile or talk to people because of it. But today they fixed my front tooth and I feel so confident!! My dad lives in France and needed urgent root canal treatment while was on holidays because his nerves was out. When I contacted the smile professionals, I have had a response very quickly and well organise to get my dad the treatment that he needed. Fast appointment, very professional, excellent root canal treatment and filling. So good thaty dad took an extra appointment to do teeth cleaning. Easy to find. Great communication. Can't thank them enough.

Everything went perfect. Special treatment of wisdom teeth refused by swiss dentists was successful. Creation of a ceramic dental bridge. During all time I had a temporary bridge and able to eat. Thanks to the excellent Team who participated in my treatment: (Sava, Stefan, Ljiljana, Zoran and Snezana).

I had a regular check-up, a cleaning and then they also fixed one tooth for me. The clinic was near to me at the time and that’s why I chose them. I think the website also looked good. I didn’t check the prices before my appointment, but I was told what I’d be paying once I visited the actual clinic. Everything was clean and professional. I didn’t have the time to attend any follow-ups afterwards, but it wasn’t necessary. I’m happy.
