I am waiting for a hip replacement like so many and have been seeing Muhammad for physio to help with mobility and pain management. After a thorough initial assessment Muhammad has provided a highly effective course of treatment which has helped me to remain mobile, improve pain levels and carry on doing the things that I enjoy. This involved advising about appropriate levels of exercise and what would be effective and what I should advise, a bespoke exercise plan and regular ‘hands on’ treatments for misled release and mobility. Muhammad has been totally professional throughout my sessions with him and I would recommend both him and Perfect Balance.

Excellent treatment 1. Effective- a week later I have a clear plan 2. Good communication- I understand the issue I have 3. Follow up - I have a plan for exercises 4. Value for money-it was made clear to me that if I do my exercises I will not need another appointment

As an addendum to my previous review three weeks ago, I would like to share with you that thanks to Charolette and her physical therapy treatment, I was fortunate to win a major golf tournament in my club recently. A genuine appreciation Charolette for the hard work you have committed to in helping me to achieve such an honour. Thank you so so much.

I've been limping for 2+years with hip trouble. I went for an x-ray at the General and then spoke to Craig, After listening to his advice I'm now walking with no pain. Thank you, Craig.
