Dr. Alfredo and all the staff at the clinic are amazing, very friendly and helpful. Dr. Alfredo took the time to explain in detail all that needed to be done (broken crown, cracked tooth, small cavity) he made sure I was comfortable and informed with each step. He even sent my X-ray to a specialist to check a spot on my jawbone (that no dentist in Canada has ever mentioned to me). I was very happy and thankful for the very thoughtful and thorough work. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Alfredo and his clinic.

Dr. Kim takes the time to explain and show what is needed and how he would like to do each procedure. Would I recommend Dr. Kim. Yes, no problem. My mouth feels good. His hours are good and he is a smart person. Interesting to hear a person from Korea go from speaking to his assistants then switching to English speaking to me with a Korean accent. Would I go back? Yes without a question.

I went to this clinic to have my teeth cleaned. Originally I wanted a tooth filled, but it was too far gone to save it. Having this work done was definitely worth the money. I paid about half or a third of the price it would have cost me in Canada. I’m very happy with the service and results. The clinic was fairly good. I’m back in Canada now, but I’ll definitely consider having treatment with Ideal Dental again. It’s difficult to say what the best part of a dentist visit is (I mean, you’re essentially paying someone for pain). However, the staff were great. Everyone was so happy and friendly. The technician who spoke English well, translated for me when I didn’t understand. It’s kind of a community clinic that's a fairly long taxi ride from any of the main centres in Mexico. I thought they were three blocks from the main centre, but they were actually miles away.

I contacted over 10 clinics in 2021 (Turkey, London, Costa Rica and USA) The one that took my concerns seriously was Dr. SONYA. She requested my most recent X-rays and went over every single detail with me via a zoom call so I understand perfectly what may need to be done, why and when. I travelled to Bogota, Colombia 2 times now and it is totally worth the travel. I saved a big chunk of cash ( the estimate given to me in US was 43k). I am happy with the results and the whole time I felt I am in great hands. Do yourself a favor and contact Dr. Sonya with Dental Experience. I had done with her: implants, crowns, root canals, bone graft, veneers and tooth extraction...I recommend her work 100%
