Treatment was excellent and very professional. I had 18 teeth removed and 8 implants put in over a three hour time period. There was no bleeding after and the pain level was low. After two days the temporary dentures was fitted. It has been about three weeks now and my gums are healed. The cost is about 1/4 to 1/5 the cost compared to prices in the US. Most people might be worried about the crime and the unknown going to Guatemala but I was met at the airport by the mother of the Alan (dentist). I stayed at her house in the heart of Guatemala City, she is very nice and she spoke great English. His mom drove me to the clinic and Alan drove me back. Of course, I have been there three times and travelled around with no problem.

Everybody at Premier Dental Care Center is always friendly & professional. They provide great, professional, timely and services at reasonable prices. I’ve always been happy with their cleanings & crown repair.

The doctor is very professional and polite. Straight forward with what you need at consultation. I highly recommend her and the orthodontist. Definitely will look forward working with this business for every dental need. Thank you!

Our family has been seeing Dr. Claudio and Arlette for many years. We are in PV for 5-6 months from the U.S. We actually wait to have our teeth checked when we come back to PV because they are top-notch. We have had implants, emergency extraction, whitening, cleanings and general checkups. Their office is immaculately clean with the best modern equipment. Chipped my front tooth during a vacation in Guanacaste. I contacted Dr. Diego at 10am Wednesday morning and he had me booked in later that day at 2pm. Other dentists I contacted said they couldn’t assess the tooth until the next week. Dr. Diego understood the urgency in my situation and made room for me in his schedule right away and I’m truly thankful. From the moment I walked into Dr.Diego’s office, I felt at ease. He walked me through exactly what was needed and gave his professional advice. He fixed my tooth painlessly and professionally. Since my experience was incredibly seamless and professional, I decided to book Dr.Diego to complete a full crown for me (which I had been delaying on in Canada). I am now revisiting Dr.Diego later this month to complete the rest of my dental work! I absolutely recommend Dr. Diego

Dr. Nava and his staff, Eva, Astrid, Dr. Stephanie are awesomely amazing from start to finish. 5-star treatment, they take you everywhere you need to go to and from the clinic, the store, the airport, I didn’t have to think about anything but my treatment, what an excellent experience! Dr Nava is precise and methodical in every step of your treatment, he explains everything to you and does amazing work. He is truly one of the best dentists on this planet !! Dr. Oriana is extremely talented, skilled and knowledgeable. She is also the kindest, the considerate and caring dentist you will ever find. I am very grateful that I came to Costa Rica and was able to find her. I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone. They performed an All on 6 with zirconium ceramic teeth. My words cannot do justice to describe the impeccable level of service I received from Dr. Oriana Gonzalez and her lovely staff. I had a complete crown reconstruction so I was already anxious about having to get the procedure done. I knew though I had chosen the right place from the second I walked in. The office was very clean and sterile. This helped ease my anxiety especially considering the elevated risks we face every day. I knew I was safe here and being in good hands put my mind at ease. They worried about all the important details and even ensured my transportation was taken care of each day of the procedure.
