I had the most wonderful experience when having my dental treatment at Doctor Boneva clinic in June 2023. First of all - the process of booking and the level of communication was excellent. They speak several languages and their English is really good. The other thing that impressed me is the design, interior and level of hygiene- everything is arranged in a way that a patient feels comfortable and confident. I had two procedures - a reconstruction of a tooth with zirconia crown and an implant. These were done with the highest professional care and no pain whatsoever. I will definitely come again to this clinic in the future and I gladly recommend it to other patients.

I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well. Der Zahnarzt, bei dem ich behandelt wurde, war äußerst kompetent und einfühlsam. Er erklärte mir die verschiedenen Behandlungsoptionen ausführlich und half mir bei der Auswahl der besten Option für meine Bedürfnisse. Während der Behandlung fühlte ich mich stets wohl und gut betreut. Der Zahnarzt arbeitete sehr präzise und sorgfältig, was zu ausgezeichneten Ergebnissen führte.

I just recently completed a full treatment of 4 front crowns, one of which implant and abatement. Same time Diana managed complete 2 sinus lifts in very short time and a few fillings. I can’t recommend Diana enough as a highly professional doctor, whom takes great care of details, in purpose to achieve the best results, despite the shortage of time (as we were on holiday and she often has to work longer hours and even takes crowns by herself to the lab), as we were flying back home the next day. Definitely coming back in February to complete another 2 crowns. Huge thank you Diana from the bottom of my heart.
